I wanted to personally thank Ben today for his expertise and support. I have so far had a pleasant experience with Lee County Plumbing & Well Service and have used their services for some time now. Ben replaced my pressure switch and reset my well tanks when I had no running water throughout my home. He was very kind and professional. He also took the time to explain what happened and how to deter any ants from getting in the pressure switch in the future. I appreciated his expertise and service!! You showed me you cared and that means more than anything. Thank you so much Ben!!!

Dave was very helpful in providing the quote to replace our well pump and tank. He promptly came out to our house again to pick up the old tank for disposal, which was much appreciated. He also answered all of our questions politely and professionally. Ben did a fine job on the work. The ladies in the office were also very helpful. Thank you all.

Lee County plumbing deserves a good rating for two important reasons. 1- Their office staff explained the process well and scheduled a prompt visit. 2 - The plumber that arrived at my house solved my issues and politely explained what he was doing. Both actions gave me confidence that I had found the right company.

Jason and Justin were polite enough to take their shoes off outside without me asking and were very helpful in fixing the plumbing issue. Justin even helped me put a light fixture back up that I could not reach. Justin obviously is a pro at his job. I will definitely be requesting them if neeyin the future. Ben is extremely knowledgeable about my water filtration system. He took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and even let me take a video so I would not forget how to reset my system if there was a brown out. I would definitely recommend him to come to your house if you need help with your water filtration system. Victor and Louis helped me with my plumbing. They are extremely polite. As soon as I answerd the door they introduced their selfs, and got to business. They're were thorough at explaining the issues and fixing them promptly. It's nice to have polite gentleman who get the job done right.

Had a very good experience. Our technician Niles came out and did a great job! He answered all my questions and how to do the simple thing of turning off water and how to reset it if needed. Since I had no idea how to do it. Very happy with the service.

When Ben was here to change the filter on my RO system I told him that the float was still sticking and he found out that it had a crack in it and replaced it right away. It has been working great ever since. He is very thorough and explains things well. Thank you very much.

Our neighbors, who were not at home at the time, had a water line break between the meter and house. The house is still under warranty with D. R. Horton so Lee County Plumbing was sent out. We were there when Justin Cole arrived. He is an extremely nice, polite, respectful young man who knew what he was doing and went to work. A short time later the job was finished and water restored to the house. Kudos to Justin who made the experience less stressful. Thank you Justin.
